Q. What if I have a medical concern or question outside of regular business hours?
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency care center. If you are uncertain whether or not you need to seek emergency medical care, you may call our regular office number 281.296.8500 and our answering service will relay a message to the physician on-call. Questions regarding lab results or routine medication refills will be addressed the next business day. Please note: our physicians do not call in narcotic prescriptions after hours.
Q. When I come in for an appointment, where should I park?
Directly across the street from our building to the north is a parking garage with 5 covered levels and an accessible roof. Levels 1 and 2 fill up quickly each day but parking is readily available on the upper levels. Each level is equipped with elevators and handicap parking spaces. In addition, beside our building to the east is a free access parking lot. There are multiple handicap spaces directly in front of our main entrance.
