It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of Dr, David Cos on April 15, 2024. We send our condolences to all patients, staff, family and friends who knew this cherished member of our healthcare community.
Dr. David Cos was one of the original founders of Physicians’ Group of The Woodlands, where he served patients for almost 27 years. He was a loving husband and a proud parent of four children. A native Texan and a loyal Aggie, he lived in The Woodlands since 1996.
Dr. Cos performed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University and earned his Medical Doctorate from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He went on to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Cos was a skilled medical professional and a compassionate caregiver who touched the lives of many with his dedication and empathy. All who had the privilege of knowing him deeply feel his absence. Providers and staff members who worked with him had the utmost respect for the care he provided to his patients and his legacy will continue to inspire everyone at Physicians’ Group of the Woodlands.
